We are looking for a Data Analysis & Business Development Virtual Assistant to support our international clients in driving growth through research, data insights, and business support.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Data Analysis & Business Development Virtual Assistant to support one of our international clients. The role involves working closely with the client's leadership to analyze data, identify business opportunities, assist with research, and support key business development initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insights, contributing ideas, and helping a growing business optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze reports, trends, and performance data to generate business insights
  • Assist in creating dashboards, tracking KPIs, and presenting data-driven findings
  • Conduct market research and identify leads and business development opportunities
  • Prepare summary reports, presentations, and visual data overviews
  • Manage and organize data accurately using CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel
  • Collaborate with the client's leadership to brainstorm strategies that drive results
  • Contribute to process improvement discussions with a positive, solution-oriented approach

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent data-handling and analysis skills; comfortable using spreadsheets, charts, and tools like Google Sheets or Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and adding value
  • Previous experience in data analysis, business development, or administrative support is preferred
  • Familiarity with online business tools such as CRMs, reporting dashboards, and Google Workspace
  • Able to work night shift (12 AM – 9 AM, Manila Time) to align with U.S. business hours
