About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Customer Support Associate to support our New York–based client. This is a full-time contractor role ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working the night shift to align with US business hours.

You will be responsible for handling data entry tasks, assisting customers through email or chat, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry across various systems and spreadsheets
  • Provide customer support through email and/or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving basic issues
  • Maintain and update customer records and internal databases
  • Assist in generating reports or summaries as needed
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team
  • Follow established processes and contribute ideas for improving workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate with the US-based team for updates or task clarifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or customer support
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to work the night shift (PH time)
  • Has own laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection

Contract Details

  • Full-time independent contractor role (40 hours/week)
  • Night shift aligned with 8 AM – 5 PM EST
  • Monthly contractor pay (discussed during interview)
  • Long-term engagement for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
