Key Result Areas:
Talent Management
· Drives program that will ensure career development and performance is manage within the division. Conduct regular talent review and identify risk and action plan.
· Work closely with Talent Management team in build succession plan for all critical positions including Contract Manager.
· Manage the attrition and retention KPI within the division
· Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy.
· Provides day-to-day coaching and counseling to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development, etc.
· Receive employee concerns and requests, coordinating with the appropriate Point of Contacts, with constant follow-ups until fulfillment of the requirements.
· Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc.
Talent Acquisition
· Manage the overall vacancy at the division ensuring that agreed vacancy rate target is met.
· Actively participates in recruitment campaigns; job fairs; college relations programs; general networking; etc. to ensure robust candidate pipeline.
· Build pool of candidates both internally and externally to mitigate gap during resignation by driving various programs such as Employee Referral Bonus, Career Development and succession planning.
· Ensure strong on boarding program is in place to ensure high engagement for new hires.
Compensation & Benefits
- Partners with Payroll, HRIS and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions for employees.
- Develop & identify program on rewards and recognition program within the division.
- Salary review for merit increases, salary alignment and promotions.
- HMO and government mandated benefits.
- Ensure compliance on audit requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of employee information in HRIS.
Employee Engagement, Retention and D&I
· Evaluates issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution and program designs i.e. training to address certain needs.
· Ensures gender balance.
· Conduct employee engagement activities.
· Partners with stake holders in change management within the team.
Labor Management
· Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the related departments, government agencies as necessary.
· Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
· To represent the company during labor hearing.
· Ensure the compliance of due process for employee disciplining.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
