About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Admin Support to assist in day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. The role is essential in ensuring smooth office functions, supporting employees, and assisting the HR team in implementing company policies, programs, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination).
Prepare, organize, and maintain employee records and HR documents.
Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping monitoring.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and government regulations.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Support vendor management, including liaising with service providers.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance with office protocols.
Handle other administrative tasks as may be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an advantage.
Behavioral Skills: Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving, demonstrates initiative, works effectively in a team, and maintains resilience under pressure.
