  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of company products and services
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new prospects and trends within the industry
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to new clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals Continuously generate new leads
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision making

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years in doing sales for B2B services
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Degree in new business development, business management or a related field is preferred
