Job Overview
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition, development, and retention of corporate clients. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. The B2B Sales Manager oversees the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing — while ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve B2B revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to design customized solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willing to travel and work on a flexible schedule as needed.
