DUTIES & TASKS

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare employment contracts, memos, and other HR-related documents
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and other employee movements
  • Handle payroll-related data and coordinate with the accounting department
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Address basic employee inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
