DUTIES & TASKS
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare employment contracts, memos, and other HR-related documents
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and other employee movements
- Handle payroll-related data and coordinate with the accounting department
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs
- Address basic employee inquiries and concerns professionally
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
