WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING VA OPERATIONS & HR ASSISTANT POSITION

WORK FROM HOME, TUESDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, operations, or administrative support.
  • Experience working as a Virtual Assistant (VA) or in a remote setup is preferred.
  • Background in operations assistant

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage and organize online files and reports efficiently.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualities:

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Can adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and work environments.
  • Has a sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism in handling HR and operations task.
