About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and approachable HR Associate with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience in HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid work setup and enjoys engaging with employees while handling both administrative and operational HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, payroll support, and compliance documentation
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
  • Assist in employee relations by being approachable and responsive to staff concerns
  • Maintain and update HR systems, particularly Sprout HR
  • Coordinate with management on HR policies, performance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • Must have experience with Sprout HR
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Approachable and people-oriented personality
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite in Sampaloc, Manila)
