The HR Officer oversees the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, training, and government compliance. This role manages documentation and monitoring for both direct-hires and outsourced staff, including addressing employee concerns and upholding company and HR-related policies. Alongside this, the HR Supervisor also leads engagement initiatives, prepares HR reports, and supervises HR Assistants to ensure effective performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, with 3-5 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in food industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and government regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Office setting with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule; may require occasional overtime and weekend duty.
