Accounting/Bookkeeper (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage accounts payable and receivable

2.Reconcile bank and credit card statements

3.Maintain general ledger and prepare monthly financial

reports

4.Track property income and expenses (e.g., rent,

maintenance, utilities)

5.Assist with budgeting and forecasting for multiple

properties

6.Prepare documents for tax filing and audits

7.Ensure compliance with real estate financial

regulations

8.Communicate regularly with property managers and

vendors

Requirements:

1.Proficient in QuickBooks (Online), Excel, and/or other

accounting software

2.Excellent attention to detail and time management

3,Ability to work independently and communicate

effectively in a remote team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
