Senior Bookkeeper PT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports many facets of accounting and related tasks including clerical tasks such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing, cash posting and basic bookkeeping.
- Reconciles bank statements and credit card statements
- Prepares monthly financial statements, including income statements and updating balance sheets
- May provide payroll support
- Prepares monthly sales tax reports
- May assist with general admin support
- Handles accounting related projects
- Fluency in English writing and speaking are required.
Key Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of Bookkeeping experience
- Intermediate QuickBooks Desktop AND QBO
- Familiarity with US GAAP, Cost Accounting and Manufacturing
- Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable
Shift / Hours:
Monday – Friday in one single shift, 8:00 PM PHT – 12:00 AM in PHT
