Experience: At Least 2 Years of Experience in the Property Bookkeeping of the UK/USA/Australia/New Zealand/Canada based Estate Agency/Real Estate

Major Requirements: Fluent in English Speaking

Office Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM (UK Time Zone)

Office Days: Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking talented individuals for the position of "Remote Property Bookkeeper" to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with reputable clients and gain valuable experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and receipt rental payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Enter financial transactions into Accounting Softwares and the company's CRM
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accounts are up to date
  • Maintain accurate tenant and landlord ledgers
  • Assist with preparing monthly/quarterly reports for management
  • Liaise with property managers and tenants regarding payment queries
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc bookkeeping tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally within property management or real estate
  • Proficiency with Accounting software and CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
