Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with our international network through email and phone calls
  • Encode and manage data accurately and efficiently
  • Handle online reservation management and process bookings via email
  • Monitor and track booking schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Process invoices and handle virtual card payments
  • Report directly to the Reservation Manager for daily updates and coordination
  • Manage multiple reservations simultaneously and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Possess at least Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hospitality or relevant courses
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in Hotel Reservation Booking
  • Proficiency in English language and has good communication skills
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and customer service skills
  • Experience in a Travel and Leisure Agency is an advantage.
  • A great team player with strong people management skills.
