About the role

This is a full-time in-office role located in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As an MSS VOICE Sales - Telco Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales for the telecommunications services offered by 525 PRIMERA HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES INC.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers inquiring about telecommunications products and services
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate telecom solutions
  • Completing sales transactions and up-selling additional products and services
  • Providing post-sales support and addressing any customer concerns or issues
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets consistently

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
