About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking an ambitious and driven MSS VOICE Sales - Telco Sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a fulltime team member based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service for our telecommunications services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound sales calls from prospective customers
  2. Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of telecommunications products and services
  3. Proactively identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
  4. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  5. Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
