About the role

We are seeking a talented Non Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time, dayshift voice role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and finding appropriate solutions
  • Providing accurate information and updates to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Continuously improving your product and service knowledge to better assist customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • HS Graduate / SHS Graduate or Higher
  • With Experience in any Sales (BPO or NON BPO)
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
