The opportunity

Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven sales professional to join the dynamic team at 1st Dynamic Personnel Resources as an MSS VOICE Sales - Telco Sales Representative. This is a full-time role based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. No prior experience is required, making this the perfect entry-level sales position.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through outbound calls
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and communicating the features and benefits effectively
  • Handling inbound sales enquiries and guiding customers through the sales process
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling any post-sales support
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other
