About the role

As an MSS VOICE Sales - Telco Sales representative at Geosons Placement Agency, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service for our telecommunications clients. This is a full-time position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound sales calls and responding to customer inquiries
  2. Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the company's telecommunications products and services
  3. Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable solutions
  4. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  5. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-up
  6. Participating in regular training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
