Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Delinquency Management: Lead all collection efforts for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring a high collection rate and a low rate of delinquency. Identify and manage high-risk accounts requiring immediate action.
  • Negotiation & Payment Solutions: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with overdue accounts. Expertly negotiate and implement feasible payment plans, loan restructuring, or other payment arrangements in accordance with company policy.
  • Escalation & Legal Coordination: Prepare and manage the endorsement of seriously delinquent accounts for legal action, cancellation, or foreclosure proceedings. Act as the key liaison with the Legal Department throughout the process.
  • Loan Documentation Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge to facilitate the preparation and submission of housing loan documentation. Directly coordinate with local financing institutions, including Pag-IBIG Fund and major banks, to ensure smooth processing and a timely release of funds.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive and accurate collection reports, including aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics. Analyze collection trends to propose and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure all collection activities strictly comply with the relevant Philippine laws. Maintain meticulous records of all client communications and collection efforts.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business-related course.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Collections Officer specifically within the real estate industry, with a proven track record in ether horizontal or vertical developments.
  • Experience in facilitating housing loan documentation and coordination with Pag-IBIG Fund and other financing institutions

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
