Key Result Areas:

  • Aging Account Distribution and Management

  • Collection Reporting and Analysis

  • Collection Report Automation

  • Collection Report Preparation

  • Expected Credit Loss Reporting and Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of accounts to collection partners based on aging criteria.

  • Maintain accurate records and prevent floating accounts (accounts not assigned to any partner).

  • Achieve a 100% accurate distribution with no floating accounts.

  • Generate accurate and timely Past Due Reconciliation Reports, comparing aging data with collection activity.

  • Prepare accurate and insightful Loan Efficiency Reports, analyzing performance metrics by product, approver, and area.

  • Prepare and analyze Expected Credit Loss Reports to gain insights on how current and future conditions can impact the amount of loss.

  • Submit all reports to the direct superior within 1 working day after the panel date.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to automate all collection reports.

  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all collection reports as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of account aging principles and collection processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
