Job Duties/Qualification:

  • Update of Branch Collection Report
  • Preparation of Billing Statement, Official Receipt and DEPSIT entries in NOAH.
  • Receive cash/ check payments from clients- (transmitting PDC payments to Head Office)
  • Deposit of collections to banks
  • Email new sellers the fund transfer form
  • Ensuring compliance of hard copies of OR and signed BIR 2307 upon release of commissions/payments
  • Communicate to sellers' vouchers/ details of released commissions.
  • Releasing and monitoring of petty cash fund
  • Reservation Fees Report
  • Fresh GRADS in Accounting, Accounting Technology , Management Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, and Financial Accounting are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
