Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Summary:

Ideal Dream Services Inc is now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This role is key in fostering a healthy and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance review systems
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws
  • Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Coordinate company activities and employee engagement programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of HR experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
