Qualifications:
l Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
l With at least 3 years of solid experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to administration and finance functions.
l Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and retail operations.
l Proficient in using MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
l Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Description:
l Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage hiring and onboarding of Promoters, Store Leaders, and Technicians; handle contracts, payroll summaries, timekeeping, and HR documentation; ensure compliance with PH labor law and government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
l Compensation & Administration – Process payroll, allowances, petty cash, and reimbursements; prepare expense reports; track incentives (Sell-Out, referrals, OT); coordinate office operations and support audits.
l Engagement & Retention – Organize staff engagement programs, conduct exit interviews, monitor turnover, and recommend retention actions; track promotion readiness and salary adjustments.
l General Office & Procurement Support – Oversee office needs (utilities, supplies, repairs, cleanliness); organize travel and meeting logistics; manage procurement of supplies; ensure vendor compliance with budget and audit rules.
