Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, handling conflict resolution, grievances, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws, company guidelines, and ethical standards.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and ensure professional growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other compensation-related tasks.
  • HR Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on HR metrics, turnover, and other key indicators.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, team-building activities, and employee recognition.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a human resources role, with a strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
