Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the accounting team in daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
