- Oversee the talent acquisition and application process for new hires. From sourcing, recommending for interview, scheduling and interviewing the applicants.
- Act as a business partner with hiring managers and Finance for budget monitoring.
- Ensure employee onboarding and orientation process are executed, performance evaluation and reviews as needed.
- Oversee and review employee movement documentation to ensure accuracy in records and employees are updated of the new movement and/or status within the organization
- Help in processing employee government benefit and information update and new applications by turning this over to Admin Staff in charge of dispatching documents to government offices.
- Act as a vendor liaison between insurance and HMO benefit vendors. This includes adding or terminating employees from the program, help answer questions or resolve benefit issues that may arise.
- Review accuracy of the SOAs sent by benefit vendors (HMO and Insurance) before preparing Payment Requests for approval.
- Conduct and facilitate HR related enablement sessions to ensure employees are kept updated and informed on the latest policies, guidelines, systems in use
- Act as an employee advocate and conveys issues and concerns to HR Manager for resolution. Handle disciplinary cases and grievances.
- Lead activities associated with ensuring HR is filing appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies/bodies, internal and external to the company.
- Set up committee, plan and oversee official company events helping to create a fun and engaging employee environment. Conducts engagement activities and rolls out engagement surveys as directed.
- Support the executive committee on a special or adhoc projects involving people management and culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Organizational Development, Business or related field/experience.
- At least ten (10) years experience in HR roles preferably from Media, Advertising, Research, Share Services , Agency or related field.
- At least five (5) years of people management experience.
- Ability to collaborate with Executive Management to come up with HR programs and policies based on the organizational requirements and consistent with current laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Potential decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, and business acumen skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
