Job Responsibilities:

In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Mandatory Benefits Management

  • Manages statutory filings, endorsements, employee enrollments, and SSS sickness benefit computations.
  • Ensures timely uploading and submission of PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG loan and contribution records via their respective portals and the E-Gov system for payment processing.
  • Liaises with government agencies regarding employee benefit claims and addresses related queries on behalf of employees.
  • Coordinates with PhilCare for HMO enrollment of newly hired employees, removal of resigned employees, and requests for LOAs (Letters of Authorization).
  • Monitors compliance with government-mandated and company-provided employee benefits.
  • Facilitates PNB payroll account opening for newly hired employees.
  • Maintains and updates employee records, both in digital and physical formats.
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
  • Process employees' requests and provide relevant information.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the same field
  • Proven expertise in handling payroll, statutory benefits, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in microsoft office (excel, word, ppt), Gsuit (googlesheet, docs, etc)
  • Willing to report onsite in Poblacion, Makati
