HR and Admin Associate

We are hiring a HR and Admin Associate to support both human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient processes and smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to build a strong foundation in HR and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records with strict confidentiality.
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientations.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as office supply management, facilities coordination, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Consolidate and process employee information to support payroll operations.
- Provide cross-functional support for HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of HR or administrative experience (internship experience accepted).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS or employee management systems is an advantage.
- Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
