Marketing Events Officer

Education & Experienced Requirement:
- A graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing Management, or any allied program.
- At least three (3) years of extensive experience in Marketing (Brand Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Advertising).
- With solid experience in Marketing or a related industry.
- With experience in handling events and knowledgeable in executing ingress and egress procedures.
- Must be computer literate and highly organized.
- Possesses good analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates acceptable written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel as required.
Brief Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events and activations that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen consumer engagement in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop event concepts and campaign strategies consistent with brand positioning and tailored to target markets within the FMCG industry.
- Coordinate end-to-end event management, including pre-event planning, logistics, supplier coordination, on-site supervision, and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure smooth ingress and egress operations, overseeing event setup, installation, and dismantling in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Work closely with Brand, Sales, and Trade Marketing Teams to align events with product launches, promotions, and trade marketing programs.
- Source, negotiate, and manage event suppliers, venues, and agencies to guarantee quality execution within budget and timeline constraints.
- Monitor and manage event budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of deliverables.
- Supervise on-ground brand ambassadors, promoters, and event personnel to maintain brand standards and ensure effective consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with Creative and Digital Teams to develop event materials, visuals, and digital promotions that amplify brand presence and event reach.
- Conduct post-event analyses, including ROI evaluation, performance reports, and feedback collection, to measure success and identify improvement areas.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights relevant to FMCG marketing and event management.
- Ensure all event executions comply with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
- Travel across the Philippines to supervise, coordinate, and participate in events and activations, particularly those related to FMCG marketing and trade promotions.
