Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for education and travel services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the education and travel sectors. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Marketing Campaign Management Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase brand awareness. Utilize digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO) to reach target audiences effectively. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the education and travel industries. Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine strategies and improve service offerings. Client Consultation and Support Provide expert guidance to clients on educational programs and travel options, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Event Planning and Execution Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars, and exhibitions to showcase our services and engage with potential clients. Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution. Reporting and Documentation Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, tracking key performance metrics and outcomes. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably within the education or travel sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Digital Marketing tools and CRM software.
