Location Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Conduct daily field visits to targeted areas for brand visibility and promotion. Distribute flyers, posters, samples, and promotional materials in strategic public locations. Organize and participate in outdoor marketing events, product demos, and community activations. Approach and interact with potential customers to introduce the brand and explain product/services. Set up pop‑up stalls, tents, or booths in high‑traffic areas like markets, schools, events, or transportation hubs. Collect customer feedback and insights during fieldwork to help refine marketing tactics. Maintain records of daily activities, contacts made, and materials distributed. Take photos and document field activities for reporting and social media use. Build relationships with local vendors, community leaders, and potential partners to support outreach. Report on field performance, challenges, and opportunities to the marketing team. Qualifications diploma or bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or any related field. Previous field marketing, sales, or promotional experience preferred. Physically active and able to work outdoors for extended periods. Strong people skills confident, friendly, and persuasive in direct conversations. Ability to work independently and meet daily field targets. Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours (weekends, evenings, etc.).
