About the role

As an Events Officer at Metrostar Realty & Development Inc.', you will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events to support the company's marketing and business development objectives. This full-time role is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with internal teams to conceptualise and develop event proposals that align with the company's marketing and business goals
  • Overseeing all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and coordinating event staff
  • Ensuring seamless event execution by managing on-site activities, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and providing excellent customer service to attendees
  • Analysing event data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning
  • Maintaining detailed records and providing comprehensive reports on event performance and outcomes
  • Supporting the broader marketing and communications team with other projects as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in event management, preferably within the real estate or related industry
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in event planning software, budgeting, and data analysis
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality events
