Responsibilities:

CRM DEPUTY

  • Manage and maintain customer data in NetSuite CRM database.
  • Managing user conflicts to ensure all issues are resolved quickly and fairly.
  • Creating CRM reports on sales executive daily transaction such as: leads conversion, sales rep journal, quotation accomplishment etc.
  • Providing training to Sales personnel on how to use NetSuite software applications that track customer data.
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows for individual users and teams within the NetSuite CRM database.
  • Lead the system entry and management of marketing programs in NetSuite to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

MARKETING ADMIN

  • Manage and control the inventory and releasing of marketing samples and novelty items.
  • Ensure that sales and marketing sample expenses are aligned with budget allocation.
  • Process the marketing samples creation, reorder, and transfer order to other Regional Offices.
  • Ensure all marketing samples are well-presented and accurately labeled.
  • Develop and manage budgets for all marketing materials and collaterals.
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bs Information Technology, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce and other related fields.

  • Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Efficient in database gathering.
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Great communication skills-both written and oral
  • Advanced analytical Skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • High regard in professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
