Role Overview

The Marketing and Events Associate plays a key role in coordinating marketing initiatives, events, and creative deliverables. The role provides vital support in campaign execution, event logistics, research, and design—helping ensure that all marketing activities are well-organized, visually aligned, and effectively communicated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, webinars, and partner activities.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in event logistics, supplier coordination, and documentation.
  • Conduct background research to support campaign planning, content development, and partnership outreach.
  • Draft and prepare initial content materials such as event briefs, social media copy, and marketing collaterals.
  • Handle layout and design work for marketing materials, presentations, new pages on the website and event collaterals (e.g., banners, invites, social posts).
  • Help maintain marketing files, design assets, contact lists, and lead tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent visual identity and timely completion of creative outputs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, or research.
  • Basic to intermediate design skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Strong writing ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.
