About the role

This is a full-time Marketing Officer (Corporate Communications) role at Cebu Landmasters, Inc., based in Cebu City, Cebu. The Marketing Officer for Corporate Communications is responsible for the execution of national PR and media relations together with the Senior Marketing Manager. He/She will also assist in IR marketing and support activities such as the packaging of the annual integrated report, the mounting of the annual stockholders meeting, and the packaging of presentation materials for investors & analysts briefings.

What you'll be doing

National PR and Media Relations

  • Responsible for the execution of the national PR and media relations programs and activities together with the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Close coordination with national PR agency to ensure that CLI key messages are well-covered by national media, necessary national influencers, and other national touchpoints
  • Ensure good relations with national media and influencers to keep the image of the company

Investor Relations

  • Provide assistance in the preparation & production of the CLI annual integrated report.
  • Provide assistance in the review & packaging of the investors & analysts briefings presentation materials
  • Insure optimum CLI brand visibility during engagements/events with investor and analysts
  • Responsible for the mounting of the annual stockholders meeting

Others

  • Will be responsible for CorpComm tasks assigned from time to time (e.g. assistance in the mounting of events, execution of sponsorship concessions, etc.)

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of combined experience in corporate communications, publications, marketing and/or media relations and management

Additional requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills – both oral and written
  • Experience in implementing marketing / communication strategies
  • Has good media relations
  • Familiarity with advertising, media placements and merchandising
  • Proficiency in using MS Office particularly PowerPoint
  • Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
  • Passion for real estate and property development industry is an advantage
