What you'll be doing

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research on local laws, regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements
  • Support internal teams by providing guidance on legal and regulatory matters
  • Help develop and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Liaise with external counsel or regulatory authorities under supervision
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may impact the business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal and compliance records
  • Assist in preparing reports or documentation for audits, filings, or internal use
