Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for warehouse, logistics, and administrative roles
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job fairs and online platforms
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align hiring plans

Legal & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws, government regulations, and company standards
  • Prepare and review employment contracts, disciplinary notices, and other legal documents

General HR Support

  • Assist in employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Support performance management and training initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR legal compliance, preferably in a distribution or logistics setting
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
