We are seeking a motivated Case Management Officer to manage and resolve labor and union-related matters. You will ensure all cases are handled efficiently and in full compliance with labor laws, CBAs, and company policies—helping maintain fair and productive workplace relations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Handle employee and union-related disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
  • Represent the company in labor courts, arbitration panels, and administrative hearings.
  • Support CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) negotiations and ensure proper interpretation of its terms.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Operations to resolve cases and maintain compliance.
  • Monitor labor law updates and advise management on their implications.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree; must be a licensed lawyer.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in litigation or labor law; experience in corporate or unionized environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strategic thinker with solid legal and business judgment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
