Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of well-trusted Agro- Industry and Food this includes animal feed production, vertical livestock integration, crop integration, aquaculture, and food processing. The office is in San Fernando City, Pampanga, Philippines with onsite work requirement.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all labor-related legal cases, including employee disputes, union grievances, disciplinary actions, and collective bargaining violations.
  • Represent the company in labor courts, tribunals, arbitration panels, and administrative hearings. · Provide legal guidance and support during union negotiations, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) drafting, and interpretation of CBA provisions.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, Operations, and other departments to ensure efficient resolution of labor-related cases.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in labor legislation, assessing their potential impact on company policies and operational practices.
  • Achieve 100% resolution of labor and union cases within established timelines.
  • Ensure all case outcomes are legally defensible and minimize the risk of reversals, sanctions, or penalties.
  • Maintain a high ratio of favorable outcomes (e.g., dismissals, employer-favorable rulings, or successful settlements) relative to total cases represented in court or arbitration.
  • Keep case backlog below 10% of the total caseload to ensure timely and effective case management.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant corporate and labor relations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, must be a bar exam passer.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in litigation.
  • Experience in a corporate legal department, labor law firm, or with a unionized workforce is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues, identify legal risks, and provide practical and innovative solutions.
