Position: Executive Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Manage calendar

-Maintain employee files and ensure payroll documents are properly filed and updated

-Encode and update actual costs and office expenses

-Coordinate with the accounting or finance department to ensure data accuracy

-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, deliveries, and invoices.

-Provide administrative support to the Architect and project team

-Manage organize office files, records, and correspondence

-Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed

-Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Proven experience as Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Willing to learn

  • Creative problem solving

  • Familiarity with basic accounting

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly

  • Preferably near Angeles City

  • Can start ASAP

-Bachelor's degree/College level
