Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant

Location: Plaza Victoria Bldg., Sto. Domingo, Angeles City

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our executive clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional communication and multitasking abilities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and projects.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming emails and requests.
  • Support office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Anticipate executives' needs and proactively provide solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
