We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to manage key finance, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through timely credit card reconciliations, invoice follow-ups, report preparation, and process improvements. You'll work independently, maintaining accurate financial records, tracking deadlines, and driving stakeholder communication, freeing senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for streamlining workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in virtual assistance, finance administration, or operations support.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including report formatting and template creation.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with finance systems and a strong willingness to learn new tools.
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
