Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (Accountancy) provides operational and administrative support to the Accounting/Finance team and executives. This role involves assisting with financial reporting, organizing daily operations, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Accounting/Finance executives.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics for the accounting team.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on financial transactions.
- Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents and records.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy only
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or executive assistant roles preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
