Job description:
This role includes providing multi-business support as an Executive Assistant to the President. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing several priorities concurrently while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-business support as the Executive Assistant to the President.
- Manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Deliver high-level administrative support across various business functions.
- Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle multiple business tasks simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to improve office efficiency.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Officer, or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to handle multiple business tasks concurrently.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must not be employed and can join immediately
