Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the Human Resources in all aspects of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, benefits administration, and enforcing company policies. The role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and contribute to a positive and productive work environment in line with labor laws and organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities

·       Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

·       Maintain and update employee records (201 files) both manually and electronically.

·       Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems.

·       Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, absences, and disciplinary records.

·       Facilitate orientation and training sessions for new hires.

·       Administer employee benefits and coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).

·       Implement and monitor compliance with company rules, policies, and labor regulations.

·       Handle employee concerns and coordinate disciplinary actions as needed.

·       Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, deductions).

·       Organize HR-related events like employee recognition, team building, company events and wellness programs.

·       Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.

Secondary Responsibilities

·       Assists the employer for other administrative or practical role needed in the company.

·       Assists co-employees as needed.
