Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Mandaluyong. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including aiding in the management of HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Responsibilities will also include providing support in HR management and ensuring the smooth operation of HR. Volunteer Interns are welcome to apply.

Allowance: ₱300 per day (Semi-monthly Payout)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, scheduling, initial screening)
  • Help maintain and organize employee 201 files and HR records
  • Support onboarding of new employees and interns
  • Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave tracking
  • Help prepare HR-related documents, reports, and communications
  • Support HR programs, trainings, and employee engagement activities
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Willing to learn and gain hands-on HR experience
  • Can commit to the required internship hours
