Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the HR department in implementing human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and administrative HR tasks to ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and related documentation.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support conflict resolution and promote a positive working environment.
- Assist in handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
- Ensure accurate data entry and management in HRIS systems.
- Manage timekeeping and leave records.
- Process documentation for promotions, transfers, resignations, and terminations.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in consultation with departmental managers.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs and track employee participation.
- Maintain training records and evaluations.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Assist with audits and reporting as required by management or regulatory bodies.
- Prepare HR reports such as turnover, absenteeism, and training completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools.
- Exposure to payroll processing and benefits administration.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional travel to other branches or for recruitment events.
- Standard working hours, with flexibility required during peak HR activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
