Job Description:

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing the recruitment and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing employees. They will on-board employees and guide them through the process of benefits and compensation. The Human Resource Officer will also conduct and organize trainings, as well as manage the payroll.

  • Prepares job descriptions, advertises vacant positions, and manages the employment process
  • Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Conducts ISO Awareness Training for new employees
  • Monitors and administers employee performance evaluation
  • Enforces disciplinary actions
  • Communicates with staff about issues affecting their performance
  • Ensures accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
  • Processes employee timekeeping
  • Ensures the implementation of payroll and benefits administration
  • Reviews procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Adheres to legal compliance for human resource requirements
