Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to enhance brand presence. This role requires regular reporting on sales metrics and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Business development, strategic planning, and market research skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or distribution industry is a plus
